Appeal Guidelines & Review Policy
24–48h Turnaround
All appeals are routed directly into our private staff review desk on Discord. Our moderation team reviews chat logs, CoreProtect rollback history, and anticheat recordings.
One Appeal Per Infraction
Each punishment is eligible for exactly one formal review. Spamming duplicate appeals or submitting false statements will permanently void your review eligibility.
Ineligible Offenses
Deliberate payment chargebacks, illegal network attacks, doxxing, severe repetitive hacking, and malicious server crash exploits are strictly non-appealable.

Make sure to provide your accurate Discord username. Once your case is accepted or denied by staff, our desk will message you or resolve your ticket on Discord.
